I am trying to find out about the Mercury Service "Process":
When I drop my boat off at the dealership and say that "X is happening", is the dealer supposed to:
A) attempt to diagnose the problem as described?
or
B) Run the serial number through the Service bulletin "database" and apply the changes that are associated with that particular run of serial numbers?
