    I was Greg Hackney's Marshall today! Pic Heavy

    I spent the day (or half of it least due to fog delays) as a Marshall with Greg Hackney. Super cool fella. Took time out to explain to me minor details about the bait, or rod/reel. He ended up today with a little over 11 pounds I estimated. He got on some really good fish at the very end. We just barely made it back to Lapalco Bridge before he was penalized. I think if he would have started where he ended, he would have had between 16 and 19 pounds. It just wasn't enough time to fish it right.

    I tell you what, that Phoenix is nice! That boat was gittin' it all day we were under way. Turns on rails, 0 60 in seems like the blink of an eye. It's definitely on my short list of boats to choose from. The only thing I didn't like was that after sitting for about 4 hours, my butt went to sleep! LOL. Overall, I've been very excited these past couple of days. i can't wait to see who I end up with tmw. Enjoy the pics. Oh yeah, those first few shots, my camera WAS NOT blurry...that's the fog!!!

    Thanks for the kind words on the pics.

    I know we went under hwy 90 in Des Allemonds. We were about 15 minutes from the bridge there.

    I want to say that skeleton was from an alligator. I hope so. LOL
