What should be looked at, I'm not sure what's been done prior
I know the water pump and gear lube is good, fresh racor & red merc fuel filter. Engine was running slow last weekend after being stored for 3 months, so I'm hoping it's just weak gas?? But it's got me thinking about maintenance

If it's never had a replacement belt installed- replace it (put the old one in the glovebox as a spare).
