I am back

I have been all over the planet trying to get back here to put the boat on the water. I finally got my chance today. I was able to get out last Friday but didn't do much fishiing. I just ran the boat WOT for about an hour.

Here is the skinny on todays fishing. I caught 6 bass, all on a Super Fluke without a wieght, just a heavy wire hook. The bite was gone after 7 AM. So I went out to the mouth of the south pass going into Lake Ponchatrain. I anchored out in the pass and started throwing a C-rig with a white colored super fluke JR. and every cast you can haul in a white trout, or a big croker, or a red fish, or a black drum. I was catching as many as people who were using shrimp.

John I was able to get one to hit at a top water bait in your small bayous. I went a bit farther down on the right to T-bayou were I found alot of fish. Only hooked up on about 50% of them.
