Poker Run on Verret? I guess that is from Attakapas Bar to T-Man's and back.

Kyle, I'll go make the run with you. Groman is staying at a camp near Attakapas. Parking is usually crappy at Atakapas, we can launch in Amelia and run to Attakapas.
Barry I am trying to round up a couple of people to make the ride with me in my boat. Mainly because I am not real familar with the area. I will know for sure tomorrow if I will be going if I do where would you want to meet up?

Let me know tomorrow. Do you want to launch at Attakapas or Amelia? If Attakapas, we have to leave real early. Most of the lot will be taken by people working the run. Went to one last year and had to park about a mile away. Someone with a 4 wheeler gave me a ride. We can meet at the truck stop on 308 at St. Patrick. Fill up the boat and the ice chest.
Launch site doesn't matter to me just keep in mind I am running a bay boat not a bass boat so I will have to follow your bubble trail!

Sorry, just getting back in to LA...Internet was down at the hotel yesterday. I am going with some friends in my rig. Will probably start the run around 10:30 or so.
My buddy has a camp that I will be parking at and he is bringing his golf cart so we don't have to walk back from the bar
Is there a web site that I can get information about this poker run? I may be able to launch at a friends camp next to the spunky monkey.

Kyle, it starts and ends at Lakeview. The Spunky Monkey is a long way. You would launch at Spunky Monkey, go to Lakeview and start the run, end the run at Lakeview, and back to Spunky Monkey. And it is a lot farther to launch there than Amelia. Whatever we do, we can meet Groman at Lakeview to start the run.
Ok Barry Amelia sounds good The only reason I said spunky monkey is because I have a friend that has a camp with a private launch two camps down from the monkey. Are you still getting up with Darbster tomorrow to try out props? He and I are going fishing in the morning.
