Most clubs have some sort of Points Sheet...
I can e mail any La. club bro a .pdf of one of the club sheets used here (one page total length)...

IF your TD-figures guy likes it...I can e mail the actual Excel file template...
just change the names-lakes and data...format is ready unless you fish over 12 T's a year...just put a capital C for cull towards the end of the fishing year...

Over half the clubs here lack a spreadsheet guy so I am helping as I can...
of course the file can be saved as a .pdf and e mailed out to your club before the meeting...then run 15 or whatever needed to hand out at your meetings.

Free is hard to beat...
