Ruddock this morning

WOW !!!!! What a rainstorm !!!! And the big fish left when the rain came. I think I hooked around 10, unhooked 5, the other 5 shook the hook. All were 8 to 10 inches. Most were caught using a floating Rapala. One on spinner bait, a couple on Super fluke.
It was great meeting others from the BBC. I hope your day finished better after I left.

After the rain stopped it was very nice. Too bad the fish were so hard to find.

We put 11 in the boat with the biggest being around 2 pounds. Missed 4 or 5 more. Caught them on rouges and one each an a buzz bait and a spinner bait.

Thanks to Jeff for the tour of the area and putting us on a few fish. Dad and I had a great time.
