my father has a friend that bought a bullet with a bad patch job, and now has transom issues, where did you get the balsa wood for replacing yuours, from what i was told he couldnt get it from bullet nor could he find it anywhere, and he would like the name of the guy that did yours , hes havin some problems getting the cap removed and is about ready to snap

Not to b nosy Kevin but I bought a 21xd from a friend of mine that had the issues u described. The boat was brought to Toledo fiberglass and they put a gorilla hull on the bottom after repairing the hole in it. It's indestructible dude. As for as the transom, they do that there also but they put in a solid fiberglass transom. The owner of the place said it's better than most solid fiberglass transoms.

I called Tom @ bullet and they shipped me the pieces for mY transom precut. Don know if they stopped but that is where I got mine from. The guy who did my is Rhett Cornett. There is some foam that hold the cap down even after all is cut and it's a beotch to pull up
