never mind read it on another post! JigSlinger did the home town prowd but all yall who fished there learned one lesson.........Concordia sucks! Unless you fish it religiously it SUCKs Bad! What was big fish?

I think Jig Slinger had that to and if I remember right it was 4 lbs !!!!!! It was tough fishin today , they were pretty tight lipped !!!!!!!!! But we had a good time !!!!!!!!!

Yep saw that, sounds like you did decent Gun cause that lake can Suck bad if you dont have some inside info!

Eddie roberts and jigslinger won with almost 15 lbs, sushii and kyle were second with almost 13 lbs, Cory had 3rd with 10.32, Doug M ended up 4th with 9.41. Fifth was Tim with 8.25. John(I let my fish do the talkin ) & Ben only had 4 fish went 4 lbs. Gun even beat John he had 7.5 lbs on 5 fish, Jason and Leanne beat him too! JUST SAYIN! when i left they were putting Buddy's boat in to let it roll. I know i hit some bad rain coming home! I think everybody had fun except John cause the more sushii was drinkin the more he was smokin Johns butt! Congrats to all that got a check &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

That was the 2nd time Ive ever been there in my life and the first time in almost 5 years . I didnt have any ( inside info ) , we went up there in the blind and had to really hustle to catch a limit !!!!!!

In Johns defense its easy to talk chit about a lake you fish daily, and you still get smoked sometimes! Yet alone a lake like Concordia that is highly pressured and really hard to put something together on, Ive done good there a few times but also have scratched! Congrats to all who actually caught a few! Yall did good!

I was worried we wouldnt catch a limit and wouldve if we would have scratched cuz it woulda been bad on here for me for awhile !!!!!!!! But there were a few who run there mouths on here that zeroed , and it wont be good for them on here for awhile , I imagine theyll take a good lashing when everybody gets back home . That what im talkin bout on that lake! I know they scouted it a while back! Most of yall that talk chit to each other fish the same water down south, Its a diff animal up there.... Jig Slingers name says it all, Toss a jig, Shakey Head, or Zara Spook, up there thats the only things that seem to work. What you catch your fish on gun?

We tryed to flip spinner baits abd crank baits all morning because all the cypress trees out away from the banks looked perfect for that , and we only caught 2 or 3 all morning . But after trying all that krap with no success we went back to the meat and potatoes ( jigs and creature baits ) !!!!!!!!!

Also , we never made it to the North end of the lake . We caught 10 or 12 fish all on the South end of the lake . And most of them within sight of the Launch !!!!!!!!!!!

i didnt have any inside info, and have only fished concordia 2 other times in my life, and i took 3rd place. If you scared to fish concordia, then just say you scared!
