    Big Fish Pic.

The post that tim posted of the fish floating on his side is kind of ironic. Here is a 9.65 that was found floating in Caney. It was brought in to Browns and Darrell weighed it and put it in his minnow tank for the night. Yesterday when I was there we went out and looked at her and she looke healthy so Darrell carried her to the dock and let her go. She swam away hopefully to go lay all those eggs in her belly.

Could be that the fish were caught by other fishermen and kept out the water too long for pics to be taken, and they went into shock..

could be from being caught but i hadnt heard of any that big get caught last week any where, normally a hog like that gets caught , it gets known about real quick, but needless to say its a sad situaton hate to see big fish like that go to waste, if everyone could be revived like this one and had people who will take the time to revive fish then the world would be a great fishing place

Pretty sure the one I posted wasn't from Tourney pressure or riding in a livewell in a Tourney...If something like that was caught in a tournament around here, EVERYONE would know about it! It's not as uncommon at Caney to find a 9+ pounder...

Also, there was ANOTHER 12+ pound fish caught at Poverty Pointe the other day by a fella here in Bastrop!! That place is getting better and better!
