Tell Yall A lil story about a fella from arkansas

Guys calls me ask about the lil champ last sunday while i was cleaning it up from my azz kickin! He wanted to know all about it and wanted more pics. Well i sent him pics and he called again asking questions to wich i answered them for him. So about 7pm sunday while the game was on he calls says PLEASE DONT SELL IT ITS JUST WHAT I BEEN LOOKIN FOR AND I AM COMING TO BUY IT THURSDAY OR FRIDAY! So he made me promise not to sell it and so on and so on. I call him yesterday evening to see if he is coming thursday evening or friday he said he was on his way back from looking at one that was junk and would be here friday am. I started to ask him then why he was lookin still if he done committed to this one. But i let it slide, Well today he calls and says he been driving around the country and lookin at boats and just tired of looking so me i had to ask. I said why the hell did you call me and beg me to hold this one if you where going to go look at 10 more. I told him all he had to say was he was coming look at this not coming buy this one if that was the case. This MO FO told me he said if i had done that you may have sold it before i could get there! Then he had the nerve to ask if he could see it next week and told him sure but the price on it was 22K he said the add says 19500 so why 22K. So i told him i dont deal with azzholes with no word! Was i wrong for that? Bad part is somebody else called and wanted to come see it this weekend and i told him it was sold and now he already bought one! Would he have bought it who knows but its just the point of somebodys word meaning so little. This year has been the worst for selling a boat i have had 2 that couldnt get financed and say they had good credit and this azzhole! Almost like dealing with a bunch of fishnhunts!

You're doing right by him.I would never hold a boat or anything of big value for anyone unless they gave me a non refundable deposit.No ifs,ands or butts

thats why i dropped the price just want to get it over with now or keep it i aint geared to deal with azzholes!

Dont blame ya Doug , Id tell him he could come look at it next weekend IF it was still there ! And if you wanna be an azzhole , when he gets there tell him you just sold it ( but that would be mean and you may be screwing yourself ) !!!!!!!!

I don't blame you but I would not hold it for anyone(without a deposit) unless it was someone I know and trusted that their word was good.

Yeah one guy here at work looked for boats for 6 months and claimed everybody had them overpriced. He hasn't bought yet, started looking when you had the last champ for sale.

I may want to sell cause i have lost interest in this one but dont need to hell its got 3 more years warranty and will outrun a skeeter in a single bound so i can run it a few more years til the economys better if need be!

There was alot of that a few months ago, but yes there were\are people that are all but giving them away.You wont see much unless you look for repo's at the banks,up north mostly.

Doug, you did good, I would have said "IF" I still have it Thrursday or Friday you can come look at it. The first one with the cash get to go home with it. When I sold my Strat to John D. there were 2 others interested in it, John came with the cash and left wth the rig...

That's just how I roll baby!!

Don't dump that rig for sake of getting a new one. It is nice as hell. Wait till the right person comes along and you will be good to go.

I have said it before I know someone with a fico score in the 800's and cannot get a loan!!! The banks do not care and seem to have no real gauge as to who gets to borrow....I have to complete all my books this weekend as They want them in turn over condition before they will start the exploration of all my orifices
No Money No Deal....and Don't give me a deposit...If its meant to be it will happen...Too many people have "things" that come up and want out and waaaa waaa for the deposit back....Want it GET R DONE or watch it drive away cuz someone else GOT R DONE
