I meant compared to what El Paso/ Enterprise was paying, I'm doing better.

The HI-264 guys told me Enterprise payed 8R and 4OT hours a day? If so that is pretty good. We make $8.50 out here on a split week.

True, sort of. They pay salary plus overtime. The 8 hrs goes toward your salary with the 4 going towards OT. The problem is when you're at home is no pay. They deduct that from you're salary. They say it comes out the same, but working 14 and 14 and getting paid on the 1st and 15th, there were times I had REALLY short checks with only a day or two on them. Try explaining to the wife why your check is only $40 after taxes and insurance.

Alan, I know the truth. Larry told me that UPS won't deliver your checks anymore due to three back injuries this year from lifting your checks. He said that you will have to start picking up you check at the office and that you will need to bring a trailer.
