Robert Myles led 12 Kingfishermans Bass Clubbers on Black River Lake near Monterey March 22nd with a 5 fish limit weighing 10.02 lbs that included the 3.65 lunker. Mac Tolliver was 2nd with a 9.68 limit, 2.56 qb while 3rd was Robert Foster (8.74 limit, 3.44qb).
Others with keepers included: 4th, James Brown (7.12 limit); 5th, Jimmy Sheppard (4 for 5.37, 2.24qb); 6th, Addis Marshall (4.98 limit); 7th, L.L. Chatman (4 for 4.58); 8th, Issac Jones (3 for 3.88); 9th, James Payne (3 for 3.83); 10th, Andrew Rounds (3 for 3.15) and 11th, Dewitt Wyatt (2 for 2.29). Bass totaled 48 from the falling 65-68 degree waters. Also fishing was Lee Davis.

MacT (Ferriday, La.) and Tim Jones (Monticello, Ms) are the two best spinnerbaiters I have known in 28 years of clubbin...neither cares much at all for plastics or jigs... they are amazing... secret of course is multiple presentations (fast, slow, shake, pump, sit on bottom and then barely move the blades)...plus a few trailers not normally used. KVD does "fair" also.
