    Are you mounting it to FIBERGLASS or ALUMINUM JACKPLATE?

    I'd like to hear your answer for an aluminum jackplate (Bob's hydraulic) mounted on a fiberglass transom.

    Plate to transom- 50 ft. lbs.

    Engine to plate: 80 ft. lbs (minimum).
