    Congradulations Jayden and Cole !!!

    Congratulations are in order for Jayden and Cole Bowen for their fine football seasons in which Jayden was named first team all league on both offense and defense and honorable mention all-state even with his illness that caused him to miss a large part of the season. Cole was named honorable mention all-league on both offense and defense. I have had the privilege of getting to know these young men through the Kansas Federation Nation Youth Fishing Program and can state knowledgeably that these are two of the finest young men in the state.     Thank you gentlemen! It is a great feeling to know you have friends across the state that would notice such a thing.

    A small note, in the Wichita Eagle I was listed as both HM DL and DB. The defensive back award is rightfully Cole's, but as with every interception he had last year, the paper gave me credit for it
