    Mercury 200 PRO XS

I said I would post about the difference between the 200 EFI and the Pro XS.,,,,Night and day,,,,.That said the motor weighs 100lbs more and is a 3 and the EFI is a 2.5....AT 4000 RPM the the 2.5 was doing 40 the XS is going 50...At WOT the EFI was going 65 light and the XS is going 70.Mid range is all some and no matter the load the XS is gone.I beginning to think the Opti makes gas three days all over the lake and it only burned 22 gal. The motor is on a 19'8" Ranger,,6" plate...2.25 " from the bottom of the pad to center of prop.Used 2 props a 25" Tempest and a 25" Trophy.......
