Low voltage when trimming up the motor-Why?

Hey guys, yesterday when I started taking off, I planed out and starting trimming my motor up, I got a solid beeping sound, my voltmeter was bottomed out, and i started losing power. I let off of the trim, it was fine. I noticed that if I trimmed just a little at a time, I was ok. I check my battery, it is only a few months old. It's a Deka group 24 with 1000mca and 875 cca. It was showing 13.2 volts on my meter. So it looks to be good. I don't understand why it keeps dipping down like that. I cranked the boat more than a dozen times yesterday moving about. Never had any trouble until I started trimming. One time however, I trimmed my motor from the front of the boat with out any thing other than my electronics running and it rebooted all of my electronics. Thanks for any advice!

    Clean the battery terminal connections.

Restack the cables "engine cable first"- then "largest to smallest".

Finish off the connection with a STAINLESS STEEL LOCKNUT. (Don't use wingnuts).

    See if the problem continues.

Ok, so perhaps my connection isn't as good as it could be. I'll try that. Thanks so much.
