I have a 2005 Mercury 200HP Optimax, I just got a new Fury Prop for it, I wanted to know what is the correct prop nut torque. I have HUB ASSEMBLEY KIT 835257K-6 FLO-TORQ II Hub.

Incorrect! 55 ft. lbs on the fat shaft (solid stainless) hub.
All Flo-Thru Torque 2 hubs- you MUST look at the back side of the hub sleeve. If the sleeve appears to be "solid" (i.e. it has the "conical filler sleeve installed from the backside), then the torque is 100 ft. lbs.
WITHOUT the conical filler sleeve, Torque to 55 ft. lbs.![]()
