    Long day at LOZ and even longer drive home

    So fished the flw college series saturday and let me tell you it was down right nasty outside lol... 32 at launch and 33 at 2:00 when we left ... rain and sleet all day and i mananged two short fish on a megabass 110 all day... so after tournament and eating dinner and warming up me and my partner had the discussion on weather to drive back that night or stay at his dad places lik 10 miles from the lake... my answer was stay i told him if it starts to snow we are in for the sh*t... so whats he decide i want to go home [my thoughts what a dumb ass lol jk], so off we went literally 25 mins down the road and it started, bet we seen areas that got 6in+ of snow in a hour, 20+ vehs off the road and many more semis wrecked... long story short it took us 11hrs to get home... here is a pick enjoy.

    did that one time from TR took 9 hrs to get home and 3 tanks of fuel.. ran in 4x4 all the way home 3" of ice in boat by the time we got home

    We saw you guys launching, Larry and I practiced out of PB2 on Sat for the Joe Bass. Sorry they didn't bite better for you. Some of our biggest fish actually came on Saturday though.

    Glad you made it home. That had to be brutal. Got to pull my wife's care out of a ditch Sat night! Fortunately, neither she nor the car were damaged. Guess it's time to get her some new tires...those slicks don't work well in the snow.
