they kept me motivated by keep giving me more work to do
I have the best boss in the entire world and would do anything for the man so it's easy to stay motivated. Yes that is some AZZ kissing, but I truly do love working for him (champ187rx).
Let me tell you why I feel like I do before I start getting bashed. If your boss fought for you, stood up for you, helped you, asked you to do nothing that he wouldn't do himself and told you how much he appreciates you and thanks you on almost a daily basis........wouldn't you love working for him or her? My boss does all that for the 3 of us that work for him. Thank you Jeff!
Sounds like a good boss.I've been punching a clock for 20+ and have had good ones along with a few...

I have had bosses like that before -
I would go out of my way to get a project done for him, just because i didn't want to let him down. Those people are few and far between.

YES.........but you have one in a MILLION there man......cuase I have worked for a lot fo good people over my years.....and NON of them have ever done THAT much for me or others

My boss don't say shit to me and I don't say shit to him.... that is the way I like it.
