Tilt trim switch from the helm

I have ruled out i think for sure i have power running back to the motor. Have twelve volts dc feeding the switch, the switch seem to be working fine for up and down. as to mean it sending power to the wires when going up and down. The motor will not respond from the helm. But far as tilt and trim from the steering wheel and from the shift lever is working fine. any ideas. Im not a electrical guru but from what i can tell the switch is working fine.

Can you clarify your question? Read through it a couple of times... still confused!
