DFI oil in an "out of the box" 225 XS

Mechanic setting up my boat called and said it looks like Mercury had DFI in the oil resi?

Can I mix, or should I have them empty the resi off the motor?

    EDIT:

Don answered my IM. Thanks Don.

Since someone else may run into the same thing:

The DFI oil and the Premium Plus are "compatible" with each other... meaning, you should just add the Premium Plus to the oil tank.
