Went to the creek, 1st fish of the year

Cole and I took the scamp down to the creek today after Matt saw a three pounder swimming along the bank. After messin around wfor a while, I finally caught the first bass of the year on a screamin eagle sb, about 1.5lbs-2lbs. Gave a screamin eagle to Cole, since he seemd to have misplaced his, and we proceeded to catch 3 more. All 3 about 3 lbs.
Was still some ice in spots but had a much better day than was expected. Sorry no pics.

Good Job Jayden. I took the boys over to old YC this afternoon for a while but we didn't have any luck. Was a nice day to spend on the water with my kids, especially for febuary 8th.
