Honors to a fallen brother

Got this email a few minutes ago. One of our sadder duties

Members of the NSC, (National Simulations Center)

I want all military officers to report to the funeral procession route to pay honor and respect to SPC Mulvihill and his family. I am granting Department of the Army Civilians 30 minutes off to pay their respects and I strongly encourage them to take advantage of the time to honor this American hero. Contractors must coordinate with their contract supervisors for permission to attend.

You are invited to pay honor and respect to one of our fallen heroes, SPC William Mulvihill, and his family as the funeral procession passes through Fort Leavenworth on Wednesday, August 13. The route will be Sherman Avenue, Stimson Avenue, Grant Avenue, and Pope Avenue to the committal shelter at the cemetery. The procession will arrive on post shortly after 2 p.m. The interment ceremony begins at 2:30 p.m.
