Does anyone know what the spec is for spark plug wire resistance? Had replaced a plug wire awhile back and seem to be weak. Checked original plug wires and they are 730 ohms. The replacement was way higher and would change with movement. Appears to have been a resistor wire and not a spiral core. Just want to know the spec to buy replacement wire. Thanks Jeff S.

When we check plug wires, we compare the ones in a set... not really a "specific spec".
If one or two are "substantially higher" than others, the ones with higher resistance would be replaced.
New wires are available in sets... or OEM single wires (we keep both in stock... the singles are from factory sets we break open for folks that don't want a whole set).
