The best answer is if your a member, you can do the following:

"In order to receive the discount all you have to do is visit the following Web site: http://www.GMSupplierdiscount.com , enter company code number 471011 and complete the registration form. This will generate a coupon-type print out that you can bring to your local dealership to receive the discount. "
