How is Norton? Last time our club went there we mainly caught runts. Greg
I could care less about that lake for that exact reason every year it is always picked to go and fish it but either there are not enough people going or it gets rescheduled. So I haven't been there for a couple years. Last time I was there I fished an ABA when it had a 12 inch length limit and weighed in a 14 incher as did my friend. I think 7 or 8 pounds won it and did see a decent kentucky weighed in almost 2 1/2 lbs really surprised me. We have a fisheries biologist in our club and he is always taking to the one up around Norton and he says it has good numbers of 3 pounders I have yet to see. Not my favorite lake.

Greg you said in a previous post your club fished a lot of smaller lakes so do you fish McPherson Lake a lot and if so how is the fishing there. Will probably be spending some time there this summer along with some other lakes.
