I think Gill would be a mistake but that's just me... college fotball has moved faster than NU and its unfortunate.... I hope NU gets more competitive...
I think Bo would be a great fit....
Personally, I think they both would be good. Bo coached them against a superior Michigan team in the bowl game a few years ago and beat them....But Turner Gill knows how to successfully run the football. Either way, Tom Osbourne is there and you better beleive he'll be at practice and have lots of input on what's going on....
Gill is being sought out for one purpose..........Offensive Cord! Persoanlly I do not think Gill is "Head" coach material.......He is a great guy and does his job well but since leaving NU for the Buffs he has not been happy and looking for a way to get back to NU.........again....JMO of coarse.
NOW...........Big talk this weekend around the NU watering Hole is that since LSU lost and Miles not going to national Dance......Bo is looking for a reason to come home even after LSU offered him an extention on his contract........there was a confirmed Plane Flight from Lincoln to Baton Rouge Sat evening and Rumors flying that there was a Meeting/Interview (whatever you wanna call it) With Bo..........there are only 3 peeps at NU who know what went on in that meeting......and NOTHING has been said from any of those 3
If Bo is unable to return.......Gill will most likely take the job. Even Buffalo News was talking about Turners return to NU after having a .500 season this year........I dont think they were too happy with him in 1st place but who knows

there are WAY too many Rumors and people who think they know WTH is going on and they don't.......not even MR.knowitall (me I guess)all I can do is sit back and see whats going to happen in the next 45 days until the Nebraska Coaching staff is turned upside down & inside out.......atleast the rest of ther staff is still getting paid till mid-January
BTW........NU is ranked #13 in Nation as far as Recruiting for 2008 and has 2 5-star commits and 4 4-star commits accordign to Rivals with Every one of them being BIG boys!!!!! 3 are for OL and one of them is a DE.....that being Simi Kuli
