Help with Pictures

How do I post a picture on bbc? Is there a special software required?

Go to shutterfly.com or other host sites, register, and add your pictures there. Once added go to view pictures and click on desired picture. Then right click and go to properties an copy the url. Then click on the mountain icon just above the area where you type here on BBC. Then paste in between the IMG that it gives you. Now that I've confused you more than necessary good luck.
