I can't believe with all the whisky drinkers on the KS boards that there aren't more cigar smokers. You haven't really enjoyed a good whisky without it being accompanied by a good smoke, or vice versa! Adds a whole dimension to drinking and smoking.

Yes, I admit it while in FL I was a cigar dabbler. My neighbor was a 5-8 Churchill 50 ring cigar SMOKER per day. That’s a lot of smoking. I would have one or two per weekend day (while drinking). I used to visit the Thompson Cigar outlet store in Tampa, they sold a Cubano Especial that I liked as an every day smoke. I like the Maduro (dark) wrappers. I used like Macanudo’s for special occasions, Hoyo Excalibur were (are) my favorites. I personally prefer Churchill’s, I figure if you’re gonna do it, you might as well do it big!

One of my mainstays. I smoke 6-10 a month. My current favorite is the C.A.O Brazilia. The Excalibur is a VERY good smoke. Many have said it's the best cigar made outside of Cuba. I have smoked too many Cubans to count and currently have 2 Cohiba Havana (not Dominicans) in my humidor. Back in the day the Habanos were the chit, but anymore Hondurans and Domincans are just as good in my book.

    Re: Cigar smokers? (Champer196)

I smoke cigar or two, but my income level hasn't allowed me to gain much experience with the high roller smokes you guys are talking about. Have had the chance to try them on occasion and look forward to the day that those become the norm insteady of Swishers or Black N Milds...
