    question

    can a city cop run radar outside of city limits
    the reason I asked is that we have had a city cop setting outside of work (about 2 miles south of iola) running radar outside of work and I have seen him pull people over can they do that or not
    I know a sheriff could but not sure about a city cop
    Cheaper to keep a kid in tourney fishing than paying attorneys to keep them out of jail !!
