Ok, Here is the deal I have this engine attached to a Skeeter and the boat is going through a restoration and I have decided to have a little work done on the motor. Please give me some ideas and what can be expected in return for the modifications.

Absolute biggest bang for the buck is compression increase. I cut heads daily and am but 1 hour from you..

Jay , sounds like a good start. I will have the motor off sometime next week, I have to go offshore for a few days, I would like to talk to you when I return about this and other modifications and weigh my options.
