Motor was bought in Wichita, KS two warranty claims both for lower unit replacement. Motor is no longer under warranty.

Is there a way to receive a print out of this information without going to a dealer (as there are none within 75miles of me)? I need this as proof of the year my lower unit was replaced under warranty for my insurance company to calculate depreciation.

Yes call BRP customer service at 847-689-7090 explain to them what you need and they should be willing to help you out. Have your info handy.

Thank you sir. I actually did this earlier and they wouldnt tell me much without being the registered owner in their system do to privacy laws. So I just faxed my bill of sale over and will be calling again. Thanks anyway

Jerry, you can purchase insurance without the "betterment clause" and probably just as cheap. I would check that out, that way you would not have the depreciation. Insurance companies like to slip that one in if they can.
