Is 177 north of wichita to JC open or is there still a buttload of construction

You are thinking Hwy 77 and yes it is open. If you go that way you will take the Interstate to Newton, then East on Hwy 50 to 77 North all the way to J.C. Have a safe trip.

I can't remember the exit number Brad, it will be just north of the main part of Newton. Look for the Hwy 50 signs, it is pretty tough to miss it.
