    Milford

Milford is as low as I've seen it it quit a while.
Water temp this afternoon was 41 to 43 degrees.
    Water looks really good though.
Caught 2 real nice white Bass on a bitsy tube.

Testing the new motor. I have got a lot of changing to do.
Started with the motor way to high.
Dropped the motor down tonight and try angain tommarrow afternoon.
Hope the weather is as nice.

I'll try to remember the camera this time and take pic's of all that good cover I didn't fish this year.

Haven't heard of any crappies being caught. I been too busy chasing ducks. Yeah, it is extremely low. Just ask Casey, I got stuck in mud up to my knees and thought I wasn't gonna be able to get out. Was a little scary

Here's a report from Perry, posted on the Leavenworth Bass Club message board by fishforevr:

Great day at Perry; warm, no wind. Caught 70+crappie, half were keepers. All were on main lake brush piles, 12-18 ft deep. Better fish were in the thickest part of the brush, but up high. They bit every color I threw, but most on black/chart or blue/chart on 1/8 oz heads. Going again tommorrow! Still no takers...?

I was impressed that you actually got out, being that I could hardly get out of the mud that was ankle high deep I would have figured stuck knee high deep you were done for

Certainly a low lake right now

Not really dude. Just gotta know where to go. I have caught them pushing 15" on a 5" senko before Curtis is always a good start.

    Motor ran great.
jsut for s?its and grins I trimmed it up a little to far and hit 6800 rpm and it never cut out once.
Almost think I had to much motor for the 24 Raker.
I'd blow out trying to get out of the hole, unless i'd take off real easy, and it would come out a lot faster too.
Dropped the motor probably 4 inches last night, put on a 27 Ballistic 4 blade.
Give her a whirl in the AM.

Awesome! That rig will really scream. I remember riding in Jody's old Skeeter which would be about the same as yours and it's a single console. Talk about push your cheeks back behind your ears.

if this thing even gets close to that speed I'd be very satisfied.

    Re: Milford (BLAAJA)

Thats gonna be a sweet motor for you there Mike

Knew a guy several years ago with a 200 Vindicator on his 519......was a nice little combo. Dont know if it would ever go 70 but got across the water just fine for him Hope you get that puppy goin good for ya....I would think you could be chasing Jason once you getter Dialed in just right with a good prop. Dont know much about what Rude's will take for props but have seen some guys posting about using tempests and Rakers on most of them

    Good Luck
