Question about Spark Plugs for 2000 200 hp Ficht

I have always used the QC 12 PEP plug.

I see that you can also use the QC 10 WEP plug too, and of course it is more $.
My question is the more expensive plug worth the extra $ and will it hurt anything by using it. I am not sure if it would be OK to change plugs. Hoping one of the experts can tell me the difference.

The QC10WEP plug is a Iridium plug and will last longer. It will work well in your engine.

It is also recommended that at the same time you change the T-Stats to the equivelant from the E-Tec line, part # 5005440, they will raise the operating temperature a little.
