Once 11 gets here I get real serious about eating some lunch. Corn dogs or some sort fo chicken...tough choices...

One of the ladies in the office brought in two big cakes one chocolate with chocolate frosting and the other a red velvet with cream cheese frosting. So far I have been strong and have not given in to the cake

That sound awesome. Gonna have to do that sometime this week. Sure make you feel like you weigh a metric ton though, but usually its worth it.

Talking about food making you feel like crap, we had some Coldstone ice cream this weekend, and after stuffing yourself with that I felt like a beached whale laying on the couch

Well I ended up with the spicy southwestern cheeseburge from sonic. That thing is actually pretty good. Maybe not healthy but a guy cant live on PB & J all the time.

Threw around the iron and a big protein shake for lunch. Strap on the feedbag tonight though. Been smoking a pork shoulder since 7 pm last night.
