Had pipe break this winter and pulled the carpet out of our office. I started putting down this wood floor and the wife does not like how loud it is in there because of the concrete floor. I am selling the flooring and it comes with the pad and if you need it, the moisture barrier too. Open to offers or trades.

The room I pulled it out of was 9 feet X 9 feet. If the room you are doing is slightly bigger the color is still available by the piece.
