Getting ready for our classic next week and was looking for Dave's report... almost always posted on Thursday... and he has not put up a new one, hope he is doing fine. But any info on the shad movement towards the back of the bays?
He was on vacation last week, I think he will be back this week.

Yup, chasing trout on the river.
I am back home now and on the water every day since Sunday. Bite is still pretty much the same as my last report before I left, except more shad is now shallow and so are more keepers...we had a great morning this morning on topwater throwing Sammy's and got some fish off the ledges too on jigs and C-rigs...but the bite is moving shallow. No problem getting a limit today..no fish over 4lbs. Will update my report on Thurs evening as usual.
Thanks for thinking about me....I am fine or as fine as I can be after 5 days with my ol military buddies and friends.....
