    Parts suppliers?

What suppliers are you guys using to keep these OMC motors going? With so many parts made who-knows-where, it has become an area of concern to me. I would like to order a rebuild kit and feel somewhat assured that the parts were good and I had a reliable gasket set. Your experience here would be very helpful.

    Thanks in advance,

    Jerry

shopevinrude.com boats.net I like to use the parts lists on boats.net to find the part number then try marine place by me or shop around other interweb marinas.. as long as you buy genuine johnson/evinrude brp parts you should be fine

Depends what you are rebuilding. Older crossflows Promarine-USA but they don't carry ported sleeves anymore so you have to cut them yourself. But they have the gasket sets

Your local dealer is the best choice. But online boats.net or Ishopmarine.com or http://www.shop.evinrude.com.
