Anyone in the Murray area good with props?

I have a Laser 2 that I'm thinking about having some pitch and possibly a little cup added to.

Nope, no body around our area knows crap about cupping props. You might give Mark Croxon a call though he is a BBC sponsor. Go to the prop section and you will find his number.

I will let you take one with payment, if it don't work you may bring it back as long as there are no marks on it any where.

Sounds like you guys are missing out on a golden opportunity for some business, Rodney.

I was afraid that there might not be anybody local that I wanted touching it.

I'm good with them, I can sand blast them, make custom serrated leading edges, reduce the pitch and blade length. Heck I've even been known to reduce the # of blades.

Custom prop working is a whole different ball game from working on boats and selling factory props, it takes many years of trail and error to make a good prop man or lady. I have been known to take a prop, ball pin hammer and a ball on the hitch and do some prop work but i don't think i can make magic happen like Mark or old Rich Boger.

You would be better off getting Tempest than trying to work the LazerII...They are not the best prop design and are not able to be worked to as good a prop as a Tempest is to start...
