What is best, least expensive hotel by Paris ramp?

Coming down first week of June for Triton tournament that is launching out of Paris and I need to book a room. Want something cheap but not roach infested. Hampton Inn which looks about 10 miles away is $70.00 a night. Anything out there better you can point me in a direction of. There is two of us and need room from June 1-check out on 5th. Tom, check out Cypress Springs resort. It's on the water not far from Paris Landing (10 minutes max by water) and have their own ramp. We stayed there last year and will be back the second week in June for the Elite "T". $50/night $60 w/kitchenette. They also have a good restaurant.

In that area, I recently called (for the last week of April and they were all booked)

Not sure how far of a drive these were, but I also called
1. Lakeview Resort 270-436-5876
2. Kentucky Beach 270-436-2345 (they are in the blood river)
3. Americas Paradise (North of Blood a few miles) 270-436-2767 This place was by far the nicest of all we talked to and tried to work with us the most but was just too far from where we wanted to go.

I've stayed at the Sunset Inn and Dover Inn Motel before and survived.
