Cheap hotel by the Kuttawa/Lyon Co. Boat Ramp??

I was goin to stay in the father in law's RV for these BFL tournies but the second one looks like its about 50 minutes away and I'd rather be closer.....Whats a decent/cheap hotel around that area?? thanks!

And plenty of boat parking and room to turn around. The rooms are not the latest in decor but they do the trick.

Is this the Kuttawa/Lyon Co. Boat Ramp and where is the Old Kuttawa Recreation Area in relation to it?

Nope that is Kuttawa Harbor Marina, the public ramp is just around the point on your pic to the north. The recreation area I'd assume is just to the left of your circled area where the beach is located. I would guess a lot of guys will put in at Mineral Mounds ramp for that tournament as well, which is just across from the county,public ramp.

Both ramps are at the back half of the bays. The old one comes first coming from your motel and then you just keep down that same road to get to the new ramp.

The point on the lower left is the recreation area. You are looking at the marina and I think you can put in there. The County boat ramp is just out ouf town to the North East

So the Zuttawa Rec Area is really where I need to find cuz thats where the registration meeting is for the BFL.....Is that it in the red circle??

If you stay at Barkley Dam Motel, Ken's Market has a decent breakfast.

Kuttawa marina charges a launch fee and the owner is NOT friendly Use the free ramp 1/2 mile down the road.

The Kuttawa Recreation Area is what you have in the red circle. Beach, playground, picnic tables, covered pavillion, etc. The take off & everything will be the ramp in the link I gave you.

They usually have the pre tourney meeting & pairings at the Lyon Co. Tourism Center at the off price mall in Eddyville.
