Call the number on Tenn site and tell them that you lost it. They'll give you a number that you can write down and that's really all you need but if you want the piece of paper, any place that sells the Tenn licenses will be able to print you a new one with that number. It's like $10 or something like that. I did the same thing last year.
I tried calling the License number earlier but knowone picked up...ill try again tomarow,thanks
