    Flourecsent Fishing Line Help....

I bit the bullet early this spring and went to all flourocarbon line which I now can say is 10 times more sensitive than Mono. In the Heat of the summer, my club tournaments turn to night evenents and I find I actually like to fish at night to escape the daytime pleasure boaters.

I went out Friday night for the first night trip o the year and had replaced the Flouro with mono, flourecsent, and found the sensitivity was very depressing so here is my questions......

Is there a more sensitive superline in flourecsent for black light use? If so... What?

I guess there could be a flourecsent Flourocarbon... for sensitivity reasons only but haven't heard of one.. again, if so what?

Everyone knows night fishing is for those that can't catch em during the day Leave the flouro on and just catch em during the day

If they still make it. The fluorescent green fireline. Glows like crazy, sensitive and strong.

If you use the fluorescent fire line you won't be disappointed! It looks like phone cables under the lights at night and you can't beat the sensitivity.

I've been using the P-Line CCX for a while now and really like it.

I agree with Kevin on the CXX. It's copoly so it's still a lot more sensitive than mono. If you fish in a bunch of rocks be careful of the braids. My experience is they don't like the rocks.

I like using the stren microfuse braid. It glows excellent under the lights. No stretch and casts awesome on spinning reels.

Stren now has Flour. Floro. I picked up some last week and thinks it's some good line. It glows just as well as mono if not better but it's floro.

I'm almost 100% sure that the Stren flourocarbon is the same as the Trilene. I used the fluorescent flouro this weekend, I was quite pleased with it.

I have used it for 2 or 3 weeks now and it is great. They have it here in 10, 12, 15, and 20lb. @17.95 for 200 yards.

Stren is the first ones to release a fluorescent Fluorocarbon that shows up under a blacklight to the best of my knowledge. Just recently hit the shelves

I've broken off more fish on that line than all others together. It cost me lots of $ before I wised up.

p-line beats mono but is a little weak and i have used the braid it works fine, but what i do know is just not bother with them and keep the flouro on and just use my feel when night fishing

Same here.. And I can't stand the stretch or the memory. It's also much larger in Dia than almost any other mono in the same weight class.

I like the Fireline Florescent its awesome. I don't like it for day fishing. So when I use it I switch reels back to fluorocarbon for day fishing.

The best thing to do is to use fluorocarbon at night as well just fish it by feel. It will make you a better day fisherman as well...

    Just my .02..
