Big headed carp. Not the silver carp. They get much bigger than the sliver. One of the 2 Asian invasive species.

Does the big head jump like the silver?

Not near as much. A 60 or 70 lber would be real trouble.
I saw one taken from KY lake 8 or 10 years ago.
This is a picture of a 73 lber.

Looks like this one I snagged in the tail with a Lucky Craft on ten pound test. That was a battle!

Its an asian carp and man are the nasty SNOT monsters. We snag them all the time on the MISS and whack them..a bunch of guys like to bow fish for them at this little dam and hit them right out of the air when they jump.

Steve the one coming of the front of the bullet and hitting me in the chest was not nearly as hard as the one jumping in Mike Stone`s bullet and breaking my favorite H&H WR 785 stroking rod last fall.

That's correct. I shoot those with my bow all the time around here. They do get much bigger than the "silver" asian carp.
