Do you hear the fuel pump run when you turn on the key to pressurize the system?

Yes I pumped the bulb figuring the pump was not pumping the gas in to the motor and after a couple more try's it fired but with the cowl off the pump really dosnt sound smooth I'm wondering if it is too weak

Could need a good de-carb. Have you cleaned the exhaust pressure sensor?

Facing the back of the motor, you will see the EMM, on the starbord side you will see the two electrical connectors. Between the connectors is a black hose that runs down to a diaphram, follow it on down and it will connect to the bottom of the engine block. Remove the hose then the fitting, which is the sensor. You will have to remove the starbord side belly pan to get to it.

Nope! It is on the starbord side.
