These guys can help you troubleshoot and then repair it if necessary. http://www.dfitechnologies.com/ They are the only ones that can. Otherwise you have to purchase from BRP.

before you condemn the EMM, go through the no-start troubleshooting procedures in the service manual or have a trained mechanic do it for you.

Ditto to what Seahorse said. Did you check for voltage on the S and I terminals of the starter solenoid when cranking? Might just be a $25 solenoid, start delay relay or neutral start switch.

Not sure I understand - you have voltage to the solenoid and from the solenoid to starter but it isn't cranking? Or are you saying it cranks but doesn't start?

They are no voltage going to the solenoid had someone to look at it today he said it has a bad stator and bad emm He said the voltage coming out of the stator is only 200 and should be 600 but no voltage is comeing out of the emm to make it turn over by the key when you turn key on all gauges work but the fuel pump does not come on I talk to a tech and he said that the emm is bad when the fuel pump won't come on for a sec or two when key is turned on

Sounds like you had loose battery connections, BRP/OMC specs call for SS hex bolts, lock washers or SS nylon insert hex nuts.

The EMM completes the ground for the fuel pump relay to activate which in turn puts voltage to the electric fuel pump. You have to make sure the relay, pump, and wiring are OK first before you condemn the EMM.

You have a high-tech motor that requires a service manual and a good understanding how the systems work and connect to each other before starting to troubleshoot a problem.
