    Calipari visiting UK today!

I saw where John Calipari is visiting UK for the job. What do you guys think about his fit with the program? Looks like he may be the leading candidate. Also Tom Izzo's name was mentioned.

This should heat up the UL rivalry. Pitino and Cal aren't exactly bff's.

Well Dan, he has been at Memphis for 9 years I think and NO more allegations and remember they were JUST allegations at UMass. He will be a great coach for UK!!!

IF he signs on the line, I sincerely hope Patterson and Meeks decide to stay. Calipari could be just what the doctor ordered and get this program back to where it needs to be. I like Ford and Pelphrey but I don't think they have the experience to lead the Big Blue Nation....

I think he was a good pick. I'm glad he decided to come after the way they handled BCG. I believe the recruits that had signed will still come to UK and can't imagine Patterson or Meeks going anywhere. If Horton comes and the other guard that name escapes me (not Hood) I think it could be a whole different season. And if Calipari's recruits come with him.

he was never found guilty of anything and if the addmin watches over the programs like they should it will be clean.

Too bad the guy is a columnist and can't use English properly...

"This is where Kentucky has sunk? Really?"

...should be 'sunken'...but hey, I'm just a music prof.... ...perhaps his editor should be reprimanded as well...
