    Water Pressure gauge goes??

I have a 2002 Evinrude 200hp......I bought the boat used and the water pressure gauge was not connected. The hose is already run back to the motor But I don't know where to connect it to...

Does anyone know where it goes and does anyone have a diagram or picture of where it goes to?

    Thanks, Mike

You may need to remove the port side belly pan, the water pressure fitting is below cylinder #5.

Champion Norm, Which side does the t fitting go? the other guy who chime in said that it goes under the number 5 cylinder and say to remove the port side belly cover..... You saying the 5 cylinder is on the starboard side....

Look at the back side of the motor on the exhaust bubble back. Under the V 6 just below the V on the left side there should be a allen plug remove that and install the 90* plastic fitting. Danrude may have finger checked when typing happens all the time. The other place the allen plug may be is on the adapter plate where the power head/Mid section connect in the same area. Surprised the boat didn't come equipped with one.
